93.1 The Wolf and The Kevin Harvick Foundation To Kick Off Holidays With Christmas Concert

Area children to benefit from concert featuring Jake Owen and Eli Young Band

Kernersville, N.C. (September 20, 2011) – For the second year, the Kevin Harvick Foundation is partnering with local radio station 93.1 The Wolf to host a holiday concert at Johnny and June’s Ultra Saloon in Winston-Salem, N.C. The music event will feature country singer Jake Owen as well as the Eli Young Band and rising star Bridgette Tatum.

The Christmas Concert, which will be held Friday, December 16, will benefit the Kevin Harvick Foundation and raise funds to support the Christmas for Kids program, a private holiday party held at Proehlific Park in Greensboro, N.C. for children in foster care in Guilford and Forsyth Counties.

“Last year’s Christmas Concert was so much fun, DeLana and I are really excited to be able to do this event again this year,” said Kevin Harvick Foundation co-founder Kevin Harvick. “I want to thank 93.1 The Wolf and Johnny and June’s for their help in putting this concert together, as well as Amanzi Marble & Granite, Cross Roads Harley-Davidson and the Wyndham Championship. With everyone’s support, we are able to help many local children chase their dreams and brighten their holidays.”

Admission to the event is $29.00 with tickets available for purchase online starting today, September 20, at www.KevinHarvickFoundation.org. Johnny and June’s Ultra Saloon is located at 2105 Peters Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, N.C. 27127. Doors will open at 8:00 p.m.
