Biffle on Charlotte: “The Coke 600 was our race to lose and we had to stop for fuel so I feel like this track owes us one. We had the fastest car here in the spring and it would be great to come back and get that win. We have been running up front week after week and if we can make the right decisions and avoid penalties, we should be up front again on Saturday night. This team works hard and deserves a trip to victory lane before the end of the season.”
Puccia on Charlotte: “Charlotte is a very fast one and a half mile track and the race is tricky because it starts in the daylight and ends well after dark. You have to find balance for the changing track conditions. This team ran really well here in May and probably should have had the win if they hadn’t had to stop for fuel so I feel confident that we will have a good run on Saturday night. Goodyear gives us such a good tire for this race that pit strategy will be extremely important because two-tire and fuel-only stops will be options throughout the race. It’s always great to run well at home and it would be incredible to get a win here in Charlotte.”
