(10/31/2011) Mooresville, N.C. – Hermie Sadler drove his No. 71 HOMESMART Ford Fusion to a season-best finish at Martinsville. Sadler spent most of his day driving cautiously and avoiding the mayhem that occurred around him.
“In a race like this, you just have to be careful. When you are bumper-to-bumper for 500 laps, the last thing you want to do is be patient, but sometimes that’s the most important thing you need to do,” commented Sadler.
The Virginia native thanks TRG Motorsports for allowing him to race for their organization:
“TRG Motorsports is a first-class organization. Kevin has really put together a great group here. They are a team that is on the rise and one to watch in the future.”
Team owner Kevin Buckler says the team remains focused as it heads into the final three races of the season,
“Hermie did a good job for us today and brought home a solid finish. It was great to have HOMESMART on the car this weekend. Slowly but surely we are proving how great of a marketing opportunity exists in our organization and in the sport of NASCAR. This team has a lot of potential and a lot of upside. We are trying to build as much momentum as possible so we can hit the ground running going into next year.”
The No. 71 team heads to Texas Motor Speedway next weekend for the AAA Texas 500. Coverage will begin Sunday at 3:00 p.m. ET on ESPN.
