STP 500 Sprint Cup Race At Martinsville Speedway Roaring Into View

MARTINSVILLE, Va. (January 24, 2014) – The days are quickly counting down to the rumble of engines at Martinsville Speedway for the STP 500 NASCAR Sprint Cup race on March 30.

Fans that have spent the last few months dreaming of the best short-track racing will be able to see it up close and personal in just over 60 days.

“I think that the recently announced changes in qualifying by NASCAR, drivers with new teams, return of an iconic number coupled with typical short-track action always found at Martinsville, our fans are in for a memorable 2014,” said Martinsville Speedway President Clay Campbell.

Fifteen-time Martinsville Speedway winner Richard Petty zeroed in on one of the big reasons Martinsville is so popular with the fans. “No matter where you sit in the grandstands, you see what’s happening. It’s right dead in front of you,” Petty said during a recent Martinsville appearance.

It’s never too early to get your perfect seat with the perfect view for the STP 500. The track is offering up some great prices and packages for the March 30 race.

Ticket prices for the STP 500 start at $37. Seats in the Bill France Tower are only $42. Youth 12 and under tickets in the Clay Earles Tower are $10 with teens 13-17 for $25 and adults only $57.

The Family Four Pack, which includes 2 adults and 2 youth 12 and under, start at just $90.
