IT’S TIME TO DASH 4 CASH IN CHICAGO: Elliott Sadler and the No. 11 OneMain Financial team travel to Joliet, IL, this weekend to compete in the NASCAR Nationwide Series event at Chicagoland Speedway. In nine Nationwide Series starts, Sadler has one win in 2012, earned two top-five and four top-10 finishes with 151 laps led. In addition, the veteran driver has 10 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series starts at Chicago, with one top-10 finish with eight laps lead.
JUST THE STATS: After 17 races in the 2014 season, Sadler is currently in second place in the Nationwide Series driver championship point standings, eight points back from the lead. The Emporia, Va., native has one win, one pole award, five top-five and 12 top-10 finishes.
SIXTH PLACE THE HARD WAY: Last week, Sadler and the No. 11 team qualified 16th and knew the car was going to be tight from the start of the race. The team was able to make the correct adjustments during the beginning of the race to help Sadler move forward. Halfway through the race, Sadler was rear-ended on a restart, causing him to spin out. Sadler then had to come down pit road for fresh set of tires. The OneMain Financial driver battled back for the remainder of the race and was able work his way through the field for a sixth-place finish.
QUALIFIED FOR THE DASH 4 CASH: With Sadler’s strong finish at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, he qualified as one of the four drivers to participate in the Dash 4 Cash. Of the four drivers who qualified in New Hampshire, the one who finishes the best in Chicago will win a $100,000 bonus from Nationwide Insurance.

MEET SADLER: Fans will have the opportunity to meet Sadler on Friday, July 18th at 12:00 PM local time. Sadler will be signing autographs at the OneMain Financial branch located at 3078 Caton Farm Road Joliet, IL 60435. Sadler will also join the other Dash 4 Cash drivers at Chicagoland Speedway will be doing a Q&A at the CLS Tailgate Party on the main stage at 4:00 PM on Friday, July 18th.
RACE INFO: The EnjoyIllinois.com 300 at Chicagoland Speedway will be on ESPN2 at 8:30 p.m. ET, on Saturday, July 18th, as well as MRN and SIRIUSXM 90.
BRANCH DECAL PROGRAM: For each race that OneMain Financial is the primary sponsor on the No. 11 Toyota, two branches will be highlighted on Sadler’s rear quarter panels. The branches selected for Chicago are No. 065 in Beverly, IL, and No. 594 in Matteson, IL.
THINK PINK: The OneMain Financial driver will sport pink Oakley driving shoes throughout the entire Nationwide Series season to show support for breast cancer awareness and honor his mom, Bell. She was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007, and is now a survivor.
