Mike Bliss, No. 19 TriStar Motorsports Camry Pre-Race Report Dover International Speedway

Bliss and Miles the Monster meet for the 20th time this weekend: Mike Bliss and “Miles the Monster” have tangoed 19 times in the NASCAR Nationwide Series and this weekend will mark his 20thstart at the 1-mile concrete oval. Bliss has an average starting position of 15.0 and an average finishing position of 13.6 at the “Monster Mile.” Currently sitting 14th in the NNS Driver points standings, Bliss is ready to get back to the track where he has four top-5 and eight top-10 finishes.

 

Bliss’ thoughts on Dover International Speedway: “I really like racing at Dover. The track creates some really good racing for the fans and as a driver you can really move around there. You can use the high and low grooves and somewhere in-between if your car is handling well enough for you.”

No. 19 Toyota Camry: Crew Chief Paul Clapprood will unload chassis No. 14 for the Dover 200. This chassis was run at Richmond International Raceway on September 5th.

–      This weekend’s NNS race will mark Mike Bliss’ 340th career start in the NASCAR Nationwide
     Series.
