Biffle in the Showdown

Biffle’s last Showdown appearance was in 2010 where he finished second and transferred to the All-Star race.  Biffle went on to finish ninth.

All-Star 2014

Biffle started the event 14th and worked his way into the top five, but the track position was lost when handling went away with a tire going down.  Biffle was collected in an accident 60 laps into the 90-lap event, resulting in a 19th-place finish.

 

Biffle at Charlotte

Biffle has 24 starts at the 1.5-mile track, earning five top-five and eight top-10 finishes.

 

In the Points

Biffle is currently 21st in the point standings, 30 points out of 16th.

“I’m ready for Friday night.  Night races are always exciting, especially in front of all our family and friends here in Charlotte.  I feel confident that we can go out there and race our way into the All-Star race.”

 

Puccia on the Showdown:

“It’s nice to have two weeks racing in Charlotte, but we’ve got to win Friday night to make it to the All-Star race.  I really feel like we can race our way into the All-Star race with our Ortho Ford.”
