Clint Bowyer Joins Martinsville Speedway’s Green Flag Experience

MARTINSVILLE, Va. (Aug. 18, 2015) – Martinsville Speedway’s Green Flag Experience just got even more entertaining with the addition of Clint Bowyer.

Bowyer, often referred to as one of the funniest drivers in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, joins Jeff Gordon and Kurt Busch as drivers scheduled to take part in emceed question-and-answer sessions the morning of the Goody’s® Headache Relief Shot®500 on Nov. 1.

“Fans with a Green Flag Experience ticket are in for a real treat,” Martinsville Speedway President Clay Campbell said. “Clint is one of the most personable, engaging and fun drivers I have ever been around.”

In 19 career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series starts at Martinsville, Bowyer has posted 12 top-10 finishes, with a career best of second in 2013.

Additional NASCAR personalities taking part in the Green Flag Experience will be announced in the coming weeks.

The cost of the Green Flag Experience is $40 until Oct. 1, when the cost increases to $50. The price will increase to $60 the week of the race.

Admission to the Green Flag Experience does not include a ticket for the Goody’s® Headache Relief Shot® 500.

Advance ticket prices for the Goody’s® Headache Relief Shot® 500 begin at just $45.

The Goody’s® Headache Relief Shot® 500 is the first race of the Eliminator round in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup.

Tickets to the Green Flag Experience, as well as the Goody’s® Headache Relief Shot® 500 on Nov. 1, the Kroger 200 on Oct. 31 and Virginia Lottery Pole Day on Oct. 30 can be purchased by calling 1.877.RACE.TIX. Tickets may also be purchased online at www.martinsvillespeedway.com.
