RHODES READY FOR DARLINGTON

DARLINGTON, S.C. – Harrison Rhodes is ready for his second shot at Darlington Raceway.

Rhodes made his first start at NASCAR’s oldest superspeedway in 2013, finishing 31st.

This year, he’s in the JD Motorsports with Gary Keller No. 0 Chevrolet and has high hopes for a good run.

“I know enough about the track to know the danger spots,” Rhodes said. “It’s fast and it’s narrow and there’s little time to react to what’s happening around you. You just have to go. I’m sure we’ll have a car there that will give us a good run.”

Rhodes is 24th in Xfinity driver points entering the race, the 24th of 33 on the schedule.

Drivers will practice at 1 and 3 p.m. (ET) Friday. Qualifying is set for 11:45 a.m. Saturday, with the race to follow at 3:30 p.m.
