Earlier This Season at Loudon

Greg Biffle spent the majority of Sunday afternoon’s race from New Hampshire Motor Speedway searching for grip.  Biffle qualified 14th but lost track position while searching for grip and front turn.  Biffle gambled late in the race once handling improved by taking the “wave around” to get back on the lead lap, but the cautions never fell his way resulting in a 27th-place finish.

In the Points

Biffle is currently 20th in the point standings.

Biffle on Loudon:

“Loudon is one of the more unique race tracks that we race at.  It’s a little bit flatter mile race track.  The thing I like about it is you can diamond the corner or run down on the apron a little bit and up the race track.  It gives a lot of opportunities to pass even though it’s difficult.”

Puccia on Loudon:

“Loudon is a flat one-mile race track and offers good side-by-side racing.  I always look forward to going to Loudon.  It’s a challenging track to get a hold of.  It’s a fast track and track position is important, so we will really focus on qualifying Friday to get a good starting spot.”
