ADVANCE NOTES

Bayne at New Hampshire

Bayne will make his second NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) start at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Sunday afternoon.

Bayne finished 32nd in the July event at the New England track.

In four starts in the NASCAR XFINITY Series at New Hampshire, Bayne recorded one top-five finish and three top-10 finishes, including a best finish of fifth in the July 2010 event at the New England race track.

Bob Osborne at New Hampshire

Osborne will call his 19th NSCS race at New Hampshire this weekend. In 18 previous starts, Osborne earned a best finish of third in the Sept. 2008 event with former Roush Fenway driver Carl Edwards after starting from the second position and leading 61 laps.

Recapping Chicago

Bayne finished in the 28th position on Sunday afternoon at Chicagoland Speedway after battling a tight handling condition for much of the 267-Lap event.

Bayne on racing in New Hampshire:

“I’m looking forward to heading back to New Hampshire again this weekend with the AdvoCare Ford. New Hampshire is a fun track to race on and hopefully we can improve on where we were the first time around and get a solid run on Sunday.”
