Roush Performance Makes 2016 Debut with Greg Biffle

CONCORD, N.C. (Feb. 23, 2016) – This weekend, for the first time this season, Roush Fenway Racing’s Greg Biffle and the No. 16 Ford Fusion will carry the ROUSH Performance colors in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway.

ROUSH Performance visited victory lane with 2015 NASCAR XFINITY Series Champion Chris Buescher twice last season, at Iowa Speedway and Dover International Speedway.

ROUSH Performance Products is a premier supplier best known for its line of high-performance Mustang powertrain parts, including superchargers, cold air intakes, and exhaust kits. The list goes on to include a full line of wheels, tires, interior, body components, graphics, service parts, accessories, drivetrain, cooling upgrades, and more. ROUSH Performance also offers performance upgrade packages for the Ford F-150 and Focus.

In addition to appearing on Biffle’s No. 16 Fusion in the NSCS, the No. 6 Mustang, driven by Bubba Wallace in the NASCAR XFINITY Series, will again carry the ROUSH Performance colors at select races during the 2016 season.

Biffle displayed the ROUSH Performance livery three occasions last season, earning a best finish of fifth at Pocono Raceway in August.

Last season, Wallace donned the ROUSH Performance red and black on five occasions, with a best finish of third at Chicagoland Speedway in June. The team launched an innovative social media campaign utilizing the hood of the No. 6 ROUSH Performance Mustang at Chicagoland, allowing fans the opportunity to vote for the FOX on-air personality whose face was to appear on the hood. After unprecedented social engagement, Danielle Trotta was the winning ‘Distractor Face’.

In 21 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series starts at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Biffle has one pole, three top-five, and 10 top-10 finishes.

The green flag will drop for the Sprint Cup Series at Atlanta Motor Speedway on Sunday, Feb. 28 at 1:00 p.m. ET, airing on FOX. Fans can listen to the broadcast on PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90.
