O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge NOTES: Texas Motor Speedway
Hefty®/Reynolds® Racing NOTES
Giddy-Up! McClure Heads to Texas: After two weeks off, Eric McClure and the Hefty®/Reynolds® Race Team head to the Lone Star State for Saturday’s O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge at Texas Motor Speedway. The 300-mile event marks the Virginia native’s 226th Nationwide Series start and his 15th at the 1.5-mile speedway. In 14 starts, McClure has completed 87.2% of the total laps attempted and has an average finish of 28.9. When the series made its first visit to TMS earlier this year, the No. 14 Hefty®/Reynolds® team posted a 30th-place finish with a combined effort from McClure and teammate Jeff Green. McClure began battling the stomach flu virus one day prior to the event and it forced him from the cockpit before the event’s completion.
Chassis No. 677: The 34-year-old driver will pilot chassis No. 677 in this weekend’s O’Reilly Auto Parts Challenge. This chassis is brand new to the TriStar Motorsports stable and its first time on the track will be Friday’s practice sessions.
Texas Appearance Schedule: Prior to Saturday’s 300 mile race at TMS, McClure will be making an appearance at Wal Mart 467 on Thursday, October 31 from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. The store is located at 1515 S. Loop 288 in Denton, TX. Be sure to stop by and receive an autograph as well as stock up on all your race day needs.
Also on Friday, November 1, McClure will join fellow Toyota Racing® drivers and TriStar Motorsports teammates at the Toyota Pit Pass display area at 4:00 P.M.(ct) at TMS.
Tune-In: Saturday’s race from Texas Motor Speedway will be televised live on ESPN2 beginning at 3:30 P.M. (ET). PRN (Performance Racing Network) and SiriusXM Radio Channel 90 will also broadcast the event live.

About Reynolds Consumer Products
Two of the most trusted household brands, Reynolds® and Hefty®, joined together as Reynolds Consumer Products in 2010. While the establishment of this new company made it official, the truth is that Reynolds® and Hefty® products have been found side-by-side in the kitchens of American families for more than three generations.
The creation of both the Reynolds® and Hefty® brands is the direct result of American ingenuity mixed with a bit of elbow grease. Reynolds Wrap® Foil was invented after the use of aluminum for military purposes diminished after World War II and became a new staple for American kitchens. Hefty® Waste Bags were first developed with excess material from an early plastics innovator, creating another household essential.
Today, Reynolds Consumer Products, headquartered in Lake Forest, Illinois offers a diverse product portfolio of essentials for every home. From prepping, cooking and serving, to storage and disposal, Reynolds Consumer Products provides solutions for controlling the chaos of busy households everywhere.
