Joey Logano, driver of the No. 22 Shell/Pennzoil Ford Fusion, has one Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series win this season, and two career series triumphs here at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. He stopped by the infield media center before practice and talked with members of the media about this weekend’s race.

Kids are superheroes at Talladega Superspeedway and during the doubleheader NASCAR Playoff weekend, the track invites families to experience the superhero-themed Kids Movie Night for a full evening of fun entertainment on Saturday, Oct. 13.

2017 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion Martin Truex Jr. added another trophy to his collection at last night’s 26th annual ESPY Awards, winning Best Driver in the preeminent event celebrating the greatest achievements and performances in sports. 

In 36 starts, Kenseth has 12 top-five and 21 top-10 finishes, with an average result of 11.6 dating back to 2000. Dating back to 2013, Kenseth has finished outside the top-10 only once with seven top-fives and three wins in the last 10 events at New Hampshire.

Defending Cup Series champion Furniture Row Racing and driver Martin Truex Jr. are currently seeking sponsorship on the No. 78 Toyota for 2019 to replace 5-hour ENERGY, which informed the team it will be ending its NASCAR involvement at the conclusion of the current season.

Ryan Reed has competed at New Hampshire Motor Speedway (NHMS) four times in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. In those four starts Reed has never finished lower than 14th.

Martin Truex Jr.’s victory late Saturday night at Kentucky Speedway gives the reigning Monster Energy NASCAR Cup champion four trophies on the year, establishing him unquestionably among the top-tier threesome of 2018.

New Hampshire Preview: The Series makes its way to New England for its first and only New Hampshire Motor Speedway stop of the 2018 season. Hamlin returns as the reigning race winner, leading 54 laps in route to Victory Lane in last year’s event. He has notched three total wins at the “Magic Mile” – tied for a Series best among active drivers – and has started within the top-10 in his last eight starts at the short track.

Roush Fenway rookie driver Austin Cindric will make his second start at New Hampshire Saturday to mark his debut at the track in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. Cindric’s first start at Loudon was in 2017 competing in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series where he finished as a top-ten contender with an eighth-place finish.
