Sadler qualified for the 200 lap event on Saturday morning and started the NXS race from the 13th position. The 21-year-old captured his second pole at Dover International Speedway, led 52 laps, and ran in the top-five for the majority of the race. Chris Buescher Wins at Dover and Extends his Points Lead

Roush Fenway Racing’s Chris Buescher turned a gutsy fuel call by crew chief Scott Graves into his second win of the season in Saturday afternoon’s NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Dover International Speedway. LAP SIX CONTACT BETWEEN COLETTI, JAKES AND KANAAN COLLECTED RAHAL WHO RETIRED IN 23RD PLACE IN A WET RACE

“It’s unfortunate because the car was pretty good in the wet. When Kanaan hit the tire wall he just bounced right out in front of me and there was no where I could go. That’s just the way these things go. It’s unfortunate but we’ve had a great season so far and the Steak ‘n Shake team will be back strong tomorrow.”

Munoz Grabs First Win in Race 1 at Belle Isle

Carlos Munoz earned his first career Verizon IndyCar Series victory as severe weather prompted a red flag with 47 of 70 scheduled laps in Race 1 of the Chevrolet Dual in Detroit presented by Quicken Loans on the 2.35-mile, 14-turn Raceway at Belle Isle Park.

Chris Buescher wins Buckle Up 200 presented by Click It or Ticket in Dover

The ending of Saturday’s “Buckle Up 200” presented by Click It or Ticket NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Dover International Speedway was nothing if not unconventional. One driver thought he was racing for the lead – but he wasn’t. Other drivers were struggling with pit road. And the eventual winner, who’d just knocked his teammate out of the way to take the lead, was actually driving as slowly as he could without losing it.

Buescher started the race on the outside of the front row by pole winner and teammate Bubba Wallace. After the one-two start, the two battled late for the lead, before Wallace had to pit with a flat tire after the two Fords made contact.

Ford Performance NASCAR: Dover XFINITY Post Race (Chris Buescher Press Conference)

CHRIS BUESCHER, No. 60 Roush Performance Products Ford Mustang – YOU WERE SAVING FUEL, DID YOU THINK YOU WOULD MAKE IT TO THE END? “Honestly I never know what to believe when it comes to the end of these races.
