We were every bit as good as the 20 if we could ever get out front, but we just made a mistake on pit road. I don’t even know what happened yet, so I just know it was a tire violation of some sort, and we weren’t able to recover in time."
Roush Fenway Racing’s Bubba Wallace ran in the top-five for the majority of Saturday afternoon’s NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Auto Club Speedway, before contact on a late-race restart dropped the No. 6 Roush Performance Mustang back in the field, ultimately finishing 12th.
