Ryan Newman won the 400-mile prestigious event at the 2.5-mile track where there were 20 lead changes among 12 drivers and three caution flags for 14 laps.

Ryan Newman is back in victory lane and Martinsville Speedway fans will be the big winners this week. Newman rolled to a big NASCAR Sprint Cup victory over Jimmie Johnson Sunday afternoon. It was Newman’s first victory since he won the Goody’s 500 in the spring of 2012.
