What an incredible 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season. A season that started off with a Monday night under the lights Daytona 500 all the way to a riveting championship battle all the way to the final few laps at Homestead.

Three Champions; One Crazy Season

The 2012 season has been one crazy ride, from two brand new champions to one back-to-back champion. From AJ Allmendinger being suspended, to Dale Earnhardt Jr. sitting out for two weeks with a concussion. It has been a season of ups and downs within all three series of NASCAR competition.

Wallace proved RAB Racing's No. 99 Toyota "Let's Go Places" Toyota Camry was fast in practice. Unfortunately, the team was unable to prove it in finishing position after Wallace battled a loose-handling car throughout the event, leaving him 15th when the checkered flag waved.

Jason White Finishes 17th in Homestead Finale, 11th in Final Points

The last race of the 2013 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season was bittersweet for Jason White and his GunBroker.com team. With a rough month behind them, Jason and his team entered South Florida with high expectations to end the season. However, White and his team continued to chase the handling of their No. 23 GunBroker.com / Grime Boss Ford as they finished the season with a 17th place finish in the running of the Ford EcoBoost 200 at Homestead-Miami Speedway.

Transmission Failure Finds Townley 32nd in Finale at Homestead

John Wes Townley and the Zaxby's Racing Team headed to Homestead-Miami Speedway this past weekend to compete in the 200-mile NASCAR Camping World Truck Series finale. Unfortunately, an early-race transmission failure saw Townley head to the garage area for repairs that would cost the No. 09 team a number of laps and leave him with a 32nd-place finish.

RCR Post Race Report – NSCS Homestead-Miami 400

Harvick closed out the 2012 season ranked eighth in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver championship point standings, 79 points shy of champion Brad Keselowski, while Menard ranked 16th in the standings and Burton held finished in the 19th position.

The MacDonald Motorsports No. 81 team has seen it all this year and Homestead became the final chapter to the story. Jason Bowles and the team welcomed Thrush & Son Complete Home Improvement and their web-based software system C.H.I.P. back to the No. 81, but struggled to find grip all weekend. Jason and the team still fought hard all weekend long, and brought home a 29th place result to finish off the season.
