Tradition. On Sunday, NASCAR returns to its traditional roots, to the track that was Daytona before Bill France replaced the beach-road course with his 2.5-mile architectural marvel. Before the Daytona 500, the marquee event was held in Darlington.

One of NASCAR’s most traditional and historic events is back as the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) and NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) converge on Darlington Raceway this weekend. A Roush Fenway Ford has visited victory lane 20 times across NASCAR’s three major touring series at ‘The Track Too Tough to Tame.’

Kenseth will make his 25th MENCS start at Darlington this weekend. In 24 previous races, Kenseth has one win (2013), three top-five and 12 top-10 finishes.

SIX GENERATIONS OF CAMARO FOR 7 DECADES OF DARLINGTON: Darlington Raceway and Chevrolet have partnered to have all six generations of the manufacturer’s legendary Camaro pace the field prior to the green flag for the Southern 500.

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series is heading into its' 25th race of the season this weekend at Darlington Raceway. The 1.366 mi egg-shaped oval based in Darlington, South Carolina will host the second-to-last race of the NASCAR regular season. Matt DiBenedetto will be racing with a special CorvetteParts.net throwback scheme paying tribute to one of his childhood heroes.

Breakthrough singer-songwriter Carly Pearce will return to the Indianapolis Motor Speedway for a second consecutive year, performing the national anthem before the start of the Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard Powered by Florida Georgia Line on Sunday, Sept. 9.

Paul Menard and the No. 21 Motorcraft/Quick Lane team will be honoring a legendary driver and a family of loyal Ford fans during this weekend’s fourth-annual throwback-themed Bojangles Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway.
