Ryan Reed drove his No. 16 Drive Down A1C Lilly Diabetes Ford to an 11th-place finish Monday at Indianapolis Motor Speedway in the rain- postponed Lilly Diabetes 250. NASCAR had to move the Xfinity Series race to Monday morning after lingering rains cancelled all pre-race on-track activity.

The Indianapolis Motor Speedway regrets to announce that persistent rain has forced the postponement of all NASCAR track activity Sunday, Sept. 9 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.

September 9, 2018 – The Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway has been postponed until Monday at 2:00 p.m., ET.

September 8, 2018 – Both practice sessions and qualifying for Sunday’s Big Machine Vodka 400 at the Brickyard Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series (MENCS) race at the iconic Indianapolis Motor Speedway have been cancelled due to inclement weather.
