Daytona International Speedway, NASCAR and Coca-Cola are joining forces to provide a cool destination for all military members (active duty, reservist/guard, veteran/retiree or military spouse/dependent) to enjoy some R&R during the upcoming Coke Zero Sugar 400 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race on July 7 at the “World Center of Racing.”

1. Martin Truex Jr.: Truex led 62 laps and used some clever pit strategy to secure the win in the Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Sonoma.

Stage points? We don’t need no stinkin’ stage points. Pit late, then say hello to my little friends. Fresh tires. Now, they proved to be the key to victory at Sonoma.

Martin Truex Jr. gambled with risky pit strategy to win over a hard-charging Kevin Harvick and Clint Bowyer by 10.513 seconds. He earned his 18th career victory in the Toyota/Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.

Austin Dillon and the No. 3 Dow Camaro ZL1 Team Earn 16th-Place Finish at Sonoma Raceway "The Dow Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 had a solid run today, especially considering how far back we started. A fast race car, flawless driving and a pit-road audible sent Martin Truex Jr. to Victory Lane in Sunday’s Toyota/Save Mart 350 at the Sonoma Raceway road course.

In his 200th Cup start, Ricky Stenhouse Jr. passed eventual race winner Martin Truex Jr. and picked up three more positions in the final three laps to bring his No. 17 Fastenal Ford Fusion home 18th in Sunday’s NASCAR Cup Series race at Sonoma Raceway.

I made a lot of gains, personally, I think, for me at this track. It’s been one of my worst. To come here and have pace on Friday and qualify good on Saturday, and to have pace today, it was just a lot more fun. I appreciate everyone on my NAPA team working hard this weekend. We had a fast Chevrolet all three days. And that’s nice to show up and get rhythm. We kind of had to pick our battles today. We elected to get some stage points and that set us back a little for that last stage, but I don’t think we had the pace that the leaders had. So, it was a good finish for me, and we’re looking forward to the next road race.”

KEVIN HARVICK, No. 4 Mobil 1 Ford Fusion - Finished 2nd - RODNEY SAID ON THE PIT BOX THAT THE 78 TEAM SNOOKERED EVERYONE WITH THEIR STRATEGY. WHAT WAS YOUR THOUGHT WHEN YOU HEARD THAT? “I don’t really know what is going on up on the pit box and who is doing what. I just do what I am told. Those guys do a great job. You make some right ones, you make some bad ones and sometimes you guess right and sometimes you guess wrong."

With just two rounds of qualifying, Kyle Larson ran the fastest time in the second group with a time of 75.732 seconds averaging 94.597 mph. He will lead the NASCAR Monster Energy Cup 38-car field in the Toyota / Save Mart 350 at Sonoma Raceway.
