NASCAR’s summer swing officially kicks off this weekend at Pocono Raceway, where Ford has 21 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series wins. Here’s a closer look back at some of the more memorable ones.

It was the year’s greatest race day, with three major events taking place. The Monaco Grand Prix, the Indianapolis 500, and the World 600 could have meant a lot of couch time, never mind the latest episode of Game of Thrones, but I try to exercise while gazing at the tube. So to come to Charlotte, win the pole for the Coca-Cola 600, then set a race record by leading 392 of 400 on the way to victory, there's no doubt that Truex and the No. 78 crew truly deserved a visit to Victory Lane, especially after all that they've gone through.

CONCORD, N.C. -- Domination was the name of Martin Truex Jr.'s game tonight as he concluded the "greatest day in racing" 2016 with a victory in the Queen City. The driver of the No. 78 Furniture Row Racing Toyota led a race-high of 392 of the 400 laps on his way to winning the 57th annual Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

CONCORD, N.C. -- Martin Truex Jr. topped the chart in final Sprint Cup Series practice at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

CONCORD, N.C. -- Kurt Busch drove his No. 41 Monster Energy/Haas Automation Chevrolet to the top of the speed charts in the second NASCAR Sprint Cup practice, held Saturday morning at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The Stewart-Haas Racing driver ran a 28.002 lap at 192.843 mph. Busch holds the track qualifying record of 198.771 mph, a 27.167 seconds lap, set on Oct. 9, 2014.
