Richard Childress Racing at Talladega Superspeedway … Richard Childress began his driving career at Talladega Superspeedway in 1969 and is in a tie for the most all-time car owner victories at the storied Alabama-based race track with 12 NASCAR Cup Series wins.

Matt DiBenedetto, driving the No. 21 Built To Lend a Hand Ford Mustang in Sunday’s eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series race at the virtual Talladega Superspeedway, said the race likely will be the virtual equivalent of a real Cup event at Talladega.

A host of drivers who have tasted sweet victory at Talladega Superspeedway, including six-time winners Dale Earnhardt Jr. and Jeff Gordon, will be a part of the field in Sunday’s GEICO 70 eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series virtual race.

eNASCAR Talladega Preview: With two top-10 finishes in the last two virtual races, Hamlin will climb back into his iRacing rig on Sunday at Talladega and race the biggest and the fastest virtual track in NASCAR. Hamlin will look to add a second victory to his 2020 eNASCAR season.

In the return of the iRacing Pro Series Invitational from virtual Richmond Raceway, Ross Chastain led the pair of Roush Fenway entries with a 13th-place run, while Chris Buescher came back from an early crash to finish 21st.

After a brief break last weekend in observance of the Easter holiday, the eNASCAR iRacing Pro Invitational Series is back in action this Sunday at virtual Richmond Raceway.
