After a flat tire during Stage 1, John Hunter Nemechek battles back to finish 4th in his NASCAR Xfinity Series debut at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Saturday's Rinnai 250.

Although Christopher Bell did not dominate Atlanta nor win the race, he turned some heads after Saturday’s race. Last year’s Truck Series champion only led 12 laps in his No. 20 Joe Gibbs Racing Toyota but finished third and presented speed and experience behind the wheel.

Veteran driver Kevin Harvick schooled the field to bring home the trophy in the Rinnai 250 Friday afternoon at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Once he got his No. 98 Stewart-Haas Ford up front, there was no looking back for Harvick. He led the most laps, 141-of-163, to capture the checkered flag at Atlanta.

Kevin Harvick surged to the front on a one-lap shootout to end Stage 1 and rolled to a dominating win in Saturday's Rinnai 250 at Atlanta Motor Speedway. Harvick has won the Xfinity Series race at AMS four of the last six years and five times overall.

Chase Briscoe, driver of the No. 60 Roush Fenway Ford Mustang, will be making his NASCAR XFINITY Series debut this weekend.  Briscoe, who is part of Ford’s Driver Development Program, has had a busy week, which includes testing at Sebring for next month’s Continental Tire Challenge event.  He spoke with Ford Performance before today’s practice session about his expectations.

BRANDON JONES, No. 19 Menards Toyota Camry, Joe Gibbs Racing - How was your first race with JGR at Daytona? “Our goal was to finish the race and finish top-15 doing that. We finished the race, but we didn’t actually come through with no scratches on the car."

Austin Dillon passed Aric Almirola on the backstretch of the final lap in NASCAR overtime to win the 60th running of the Daytona 500. Dillon returned the No. 3 Chevrolet to Victory Lane in The Great American Race 20 years to the weekend the man who made the No. 3 car famous – Dale Earnhardt – won his lone Daytona 500.

Richard Childress Racing's Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series History at Atlanta Motor Speedway... In 143 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series starts at Atlanta Motor Speedway, Richard Childress Racing has earned nine wins and three pole awards, including Kevin Harvick's emotional victory in the Cracker Barrel 500 on March 11, 2001. Dale Earnhardt won eight times at the Hampton, Georgia-based track under the RCR banner.

Briscoe has one prior start at Atlanta Motor Speedway, which came one year ago in the Truck Series.  Briscoe qualified fourth and was having a solid run until a tire blew.  Briscoe settled for a 25th-place finish.
