Matt Wallace/JGL Racing Iowa Preview

This Week's No. 26 JGL Racing Toyota at Iowa Speedway: Matt Wallace will pilot Chassis No. 213 in the US Cellular 250 at Iowa Speedway. This is the same car the younger Wallace drove a few weeks ago at New Hampshire Motor Speedway in his NASCAR debut.

This Week's No. 28 JGL Racing Toyota at Iowa Speedway: J.J. Yeley will pilot Chassis No. 222 in the US Cellular 250 at Iowa Speedway. This will be the third time Yeley has raced this chassis this year. Yeley last raced this chassis a few weeks ago in New Hampshire on his way to a 15th-place finish. He also raced the car at Kentucky Speedway where he finished 18th after starting from the pole with qualifying being rained out and the field set by practice speeds.

Ryan Reed – Iowa Advance

Reed has three starts in the NASCAR XFINITY Series at Iowa Speedway. Earlier this season, Reed finished 12th after starting 16th for the 250-lap event. Reed made his way into the top 10 in the closing laps, before an untimely caution left him with old tires on the final restart.

Armstrong Looks to Regain Momentum at Iowa

After surviving a tough race at Indianapolis, Armstrong comes to Iowa Speedway excited to return to his short track background. After studying their notebook and race film from May, the No. 43 WinField team has worked hard developing a setup to better fit Armstrong's hard charging driving style. The team hopes to use the season's second visit to Iowa as a platform to rebuild their short track performance to last season's strength level. Currently, Armstrong sits 12th in the XFINITY Series Championship Point Standings, just 16 points outside of 11th place.

Chris Buescher – Iowa Advance

In a total of three NASCAR XFINITY Series starts at Iowa Speedway, Buescher has one win, and three top-15 finishes. In addition Buescher has completed all 759 laps in his three starts, leading 94 laps.

Bubba Wallace – Iowa Advance

Saturday’s NASCAR XFINITY Series race at Iowa Speedway marks Bubba Wallace’s fourth NASCAR XFINITY Series start at the track. Earlier this season, Wallace started eighth and finished sixth. In addition, he raced in both events in 2012. In the spring he started eighth and finished ninth, while in the summer he started second and led 36 laps before finishing seventh.

Elliott Sadler – Iowa Speedway Advance

Elliott Sadler will make his 10th NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) start at Iowa Speedway this Saturday evening in Newton, IA. In Sadler’s previous nine starts, he has one win, three pole awards, six top-five and nine top-10 finishes at Iowa. Earlier this year, Sadler crossed the line in the ninth position when the NXS raced at Iowa Speedway.
