Memorial Day weekend and racing. The pair goes hand-in-hand. The unofficial start of summer has long been known as the most historic racing weekend of the year. For the open wheel types it’s Indianapolis and the state of Indiana, while for the full-fendered stock car crowd it's the Charlotte area in North Carolina.

25-year old Matt Pritiko fought an under-powered car for much of the Pinty's presents the Clarington 200. But, thanks to a sound strategy and Pritiko's trademark smoothness, the NCATS Rookie brought home a 16th place finish in his series debut.
