NASCAR Truck Series

Iowa Speedway officials announced today that individual event tickets and weekend ticket packages for 2013 racing events will be available for purchase on November 20, and in advance of the traditional Holiday Season. The on-sale date for single races and weekend packages is the earliest they have been offered to customers in the six year history of the Newton facility.

Camry drivers Denny Hamlin and Kyle Busch earned second and third-place finishes, respectively, in Sunday's NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at Phoenix International Raceway.

We had a little bit different pit strategy and put us back and we had some nose damage and that really slowed us down. At least we know we had a very fast truck and looking forward to going to Homestead and seeing what we can do there.”

Brian Scott survived the wreck-fest in Phoenix and scored his second Camping World Truck Series victory after a battle with the young Kyle Larson on a green-white-checkered finish. Larson had the lead late before a caution set up the wild finish.

In a late green white checkered, Brian Scott would take the lead from Kyle Larson and lead the final laps to win the Lucas Oil 150 at Phoenix International Raceway for Kyle Busch Motorsports' first win of 2012.

Nelson Piquet Jr. captures the pole for the 15th Annual Lucas Oil 150 at Phoenix International Raceway with a lap time of 26.778 seconds, 134.439 mph. The time set a new PIR record for the series, surpassing Clint Bowyer’s speed of 133.949 mph in February 2011, the final race before the track was repaved.

BUSCH BOUNCE BACK: Camry driver Kyle Busch crossed the finish line third in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) race at Texas Motor Speedway on Sunday -- his fourth top-five result in the last five NSCS races.

For the fourth time in history, Chevrolet has captured the Manufacturers’ Championship Award in all three NASCAR National Touring Series. Chevrolet has accomplished the feat of winning the three titles in 1996, 1998, 2005 and now in 2012.
