NASCAR has penalized the No. 57 team in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series as a result of rule infractions discovered during opening day inspection last Thursday, Oct. 4 at Talladega Superspeedway.

Cale Gale and the No. 33 Rheem Chasing the Cure team recorded a 10th-place finish in their pink and black Chevrolet at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway on Saturday afternoon. Gale narrowly avoided two on-track incidents, including 'the big one' on the final lap, to record his sixth top-10 finish of the 2012 NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) season.

John Wes Townley proved RAB Racing's No. 09 Zaxby's Toyota Tundra was fast in practice, but unfortunately the team was unable to prove it in finishing position after a couple of late-race faux pas relegated Townley to a 25th-place finish.

Justin Lofton and the No. 6 Weekend Warriors Productions / Lofton Cattle Chevrolet finished 24th at Talladega (Ala.) Superspeedway on Saturday afternoon after being involved in 'the big one' on the final lap of the fred's 250 powered by Coca-Cola. With solid pit strategy and a fast truck, Lofton led the field for 20 circuits with his pink and black Chevrolet. During the final laps, Lofton was shuffled out of line and made vulnerable in the back of the field where he was collected in a multi-truck accident coming to the checkered flag.

Rebounding from an unscheduled pit stop to replace a faulty battery with less than 20 laps to go, Kligerman made a power move to charge back to the front with just a few short laps remaining to capture his first career series win in the fred's 250 powered by Coca-Cola.
