Creed is set to make his first career start in the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series at Michigan.

It took 437 laps led and 63 starts but finally, Stewart Friesen is a winner in the Gander Outdoors Truck Series. Friesen had to hold of Sheldon Creed, and company to win the Dirt Derby at Eldora.

“I’m excited to return to the Truck Series at Eldora,” said Abbey. “It’s definitely a unique challenge, but I’m thankful for the opportunity.

Chastain’s third win of the season is the most among series regulars, with two of those wins counting towards playoff eligibility.

“As a pilot myself, this was a definitely a bucket list item for me to visit with the members and to see all the planes,” Rhodes said. “I had a great time learning how much teamwork went into each flight and cannot wait to share that with my team.

Jake Griffin will return to the site of his best NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series finish, fourth, as he straps in to the No. 03 Chevy Silverado of Affarano Motorsports.

Tyler Ankrum will take on Eldora Speedway for the first time in his young career this weekend as the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series heads to Rossburg, Ohio. Ankrum will pilot the No. 17 DGR-Crosley Driver Development Tundra in the seventh annual Eldora Dirt Derby on Thursday night.

Stewart Friesen's background is in dirt. He regularly competes at local and regional tracks running Big Block Modifieds and has won nine races so far this year.

Creed returns to the site of his first career NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series start this week in Eldora. Creed's dirt background includes the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series, Speed Energy Stadium Trucks, the world-famous Dakar Rally and the acclaimed Baja 1000. He was a gold medalist in Stadium Super Trucks at X-Games Austin in 2015 and won the K&N Pro Series West race at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway Dirt Track in 2018.

Niece Motorsports and Ross Chastain will pay tribute to one of dirt racing’s greatest this week at Eldora Speedway.  The No. 45 Chevrolet Silverado will carry the iconic JW Hunt paint scheme made famous by Jack Hewitt.
