FloRacing and Front Row Motorsports Announce Strategic Partnership

Live Streaming Platform Featured on No. 34 Ford at New Hampshire Motor Speedway

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (July 12, 2022) – Front Row Motorsports (FRM) and FloRacing, a premiere live streaming platform for motorsports, have announced a new partnership through the remainder of the season. The new collaboration is highlighted by the popular FloRacing brand on the No. 34 Ford Mustang driven by Daytona 500 winner Michael McDowell this weekend at the one-mile New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

The partnership with FloRacing will also include ads and promotions featuring McDowell, Gilliland, and Smith later in the year on the platform that also boasts wide-ranging motorsports news, race and driver analysis and entertaining original content, to racing fans across the country and around the world. FloRacing is the home of the popular NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour as well as many other sanctioning bodies. FloRacing is part of FloSports, a leading sports streaming and original content platform featuring over 25 vertical sports categories.

“If you are a fan of any form of motorsports, you can see it on FloRacing,” said McDowell. “That is what makes the app so great. From grassroots racing to professional racing series, FloRacing delivers it all year. This is a great relationship for Front Row Motorsports and for our partners. We can also introduce people to the service, too.”

FloRacing has partnered with other premier motorsports properties and drivers, including NASCAR Cup Series Champion, Kyle Larson. They are excited for their partnership with FRM and McDowell.

“This partnership will remind racing fans that FloRacing is a premier service for them to stream live racing events throughout the year and read about the latest news of the racing they are so passionate about,” said Michael Rigsby, Vice President, Motorsports, FloSports. “Our partnership with Front Row Motorsports will also introduce many fans across our service to Michael McDowell, Todd Gilliland and Zane Smith.”

McDowell, having a career year, is riding a wave of momentum, capturing seven top-10 finishes in the last ten races. With the weekend drawing closer, McDowell is excited for his return to New England.

“We haven’t had the success that we’ve wanted in the past at New Hampshire, but with the way we have ran this season, we hope to change that,” said McDowell. “We’ve ran well at all different profiles of tracks this season. New Hampshire has some similarities to others, and if we continue to keep doing what we have been all season, we know we can be there at the end of the race.

McDowell and his FloRacing Ford Mustang will race at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway this Sunday, July 17 at 3:00 p.m. ET on the USA Network.

SeatGeek is now the Official Ticket Marketplace of NASCAR; SeatGeek Technology Provides NASCAR Fans with Easy Way to Find Tickets and Customize their Race Day Experience

New York, NY and Daytona Beach, FL (July 12, 2022) – NASCAR and SeatGeek, the high-growth technology platform that is transforming the live event experience for fans, teams, and venues, today announced a multi-year partnership. After entering into a relationship that allowed fans to buy and sell tickets to the sold-out Daytona 500 earlier this year, NASCAR and its owned and operated tracks have expanded SeatGeek’s role within the sport as its Official Ticket Marketplace Partner.

“Fans from all 50 states and 41 different countries across five continents descended upon Daytona to experience the 64th running of the Great American race this past February,” said Daryl Wolfe, EVP and Chief Revenue Officer, NASCAR. “Our new partners at SeatGeek did a tremendous job integrating into our ticket sales ecosystem and providing fans with a frictionless process to buy tickets best-suited for their race day needs. Expanding our partnership across all NASCAR owned and operated tracks was an easy decision.”

Whether fans like to sit close to the track, take in the view from the top of the stands, or camp in the infield, SeatGeek’s easy-to-navigate app and website help find the perfect ticket to help customize their race-day experience at the track. SeatGeek’s client-first approach will help NASCAR target and convert new customers through customized messaging across SeatGeek’s deep database of event-goers.

“Our partnership with NASCAR helps us engage with one of the most passionate fan bases in sports. To us, this isn’t just a ticketing deal, it’s a true partnership,” said Jeff Ianello, EVP of Client Partnerships at SeatGeek. “After a hugely successful Daytona 500, it was apparent to us that we are two like-minded brands that prioritize putting the fan experience at the forefront of everything we do. Together, we will create only the best experiences for the NASCAR fans of today and tomorrow.”

As an Official Partner of NASCAR, SeatGeek will have a presence across all NASCAR-owned tracks and Digital Properties, linking fans directly to SeatGeek’s NASCAR Racing HQ to buy tickets for an upcoming race. SeatGeek will also become a member of NASCAR Fuel For Business Council, allowing them to connect with NASCAR’s broad base of Official Partners on business-to-business opportunities and co-promotions.

Like new tires after a pit stop, SeatGeek continues to roll, adding new partners across all sports. In the first half of 2022 alone, the company announced new partnerships with the NHL’s Florida Panthers, Citi Open Tennis Tournament, Fiesta Bowl, Kansas City Current of the NWSL, and Leeds United of the English Premier League.

Our O’Neil Electric car ran really well on the first road course of the year and I’m confident we’ll have another good race in Toronto. Our plan is always to be smart and look for openings to gain positions. Interstate Batteries Racing: Martin Truex Jr. New Hampshire Advance

MARTIN TRUEX JR.
On the Track and Out on the Water

HUNTERSVILLE, North Carolina (July 12, 2022) – As the NASCAR Cup Series heads north to New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon for Sunday’s Ambetter 301, the chance that Martin Truex Jr., will be seen out on the water are almost as good as the chances of seeing him on the racetrack known as the “Magic Mile.”

With boating season in full swing, Interstate Batteries has partnered with the Team Interstate driver and outdoor enthusiast, as the latest stop on the Cup Series tour takes him to the heart of New Hampshire’s lake country. This weekend marks Interstate’s first ever primary sponsorship of Truex and his No. 19 Interstate Batteries Toyota Camry TRD for Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR).

JGR founding partner Interstate Batteries is in the midst of its 31st season as a sponsor of the championship-winning team, and the company is also celebrating its 70th anniversary in 2022 with a unique promotion that features Truex’s love for time spent fishing out on a lake. He’ll be promoting Interstate’s line of marine batteries and reminding race fans to check their batteries before heading out on the water, or the road.

Also as part of the promotion, Interstate will be giving away a $1,000 Bass Pro Shops gift card and signed gear from Truex on its social channels leading up to the race weekend.

The 1-mile flat oval at New Hampshire has produced some fond memories for Truex over the years. He watched his dad race there in what used to be called the Busch North Series. In fact, the elder Truex won the Busch North race at Loudon in July 1994, and qualified on the pole position there the following year.

As for Truex himself, New Hampshire helped launch his own career to the n ext level. He brought home his first career NASCAR K&N Series victory as a 19-year-old rookie in 2000, when he led all 101 laps of the race. Three years later, he scored another K&N victory at Loudon, leading 108 laps en route to his second win there. Fast forward to 2005, when Truex again found victory lane at Loudon in the NASCAR Xfinity Series driving for Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s team, a year after winning the series championship.

While Truex has accomplished plenty in his career, including the 2017 Cup Series championship and 31 Cup Series race wins, a victory at Loudon in NASCAR’s top series has thus far eluded him. He hopes to cross a win off the list there this weekend in his Interstate Batteries Toyota Camry TRD.

So as Truex goes on his maiden voyage sporting the Interstate Batteries colors that helped get JGR its start in NASCAR, he’ll hope to make it back to the victory lane that he visited with his dad many years ago, and again when he himself was a young driver on the rise.

MARTIN TRUEX JR., Driver of the No. 19 Interstate Batteries Toyota Camry for Joe Gibbs Racing:

With Interstate Batteries being a founding partner of JGR dating back to its inception in 1992, what does it mean to have Interstate on your car at New Hampshire knowing what the company has meant to JGR all these years?

“It means a lot to be able to drive the Interstate Batteries Toyota Camry TRD. I’ve been watching Interstate cars go around the racetrack about my whole life. Since JGR started, I’ve been watching NASCAR, and Interstate has been an iconic paint scheme in the series, so it’s an honor to drive for them. I’ve been working with them the last couple of years on appearances and other things. A lot of great people and hard-working people who have treated me well, and it’s exciting to have our first real race together.”

It seems that JGR struggled a bit at the flat track in Phoenix in the spring but, made some pretty big gains at another flat track in St. Louis in June. What can you take away from those two races that you might be able to bring to New Hampshire, even though it’s a completely different track and it’s the first race there with the NextGen car?

“I feel like you can take something from Phoenix and also from St. Louis as far as learning this new car and figuring out what it takes to get around these flatter, shorter tracks. It feels like we are getting closer. Loudon is obviously different, but generally if you have a good short-track package, you can kind of find the setup on all three of those tracks. We’re looking forward to big things in Loudon with our Interstate Batteries Camry.”

What do you enjoy most about racing at New Hampshire and what is the biggest challenge there?

“I think, for me, the coolest part of Loudon is that I’ve been going there for a long time. I got to watch my dad race there when I was growing up in the old Busch North Series. It’s one of those tracks that I really, really want to win at in the Cup Series. I’ve won in every other series I’ve raced there. Loudon was a big part of me growing up in racing and me being able to work my way up through the ranks. Winning there when I was 19 years old really set my career off, so that always makes it special to go back there.”

Make sure your battery has a charge and test it before going out.

Clean off any corrosion around battery terminals and ensure a proper connection.

Check your battery box seal and terminal boots. If you do need a replacement, deep cycle or cranking battery, choose what the pros use and get an Interstate.

● History at New Hampshire: Truex has some history at New Hampshire in the NASCAR K&N Series, having scored two of his five series victories at the mile oval.

● Family Ties: Not only has Truex won at New Hampshire in both the K&N and Xfinity Series, his dad, Martin Truex Sr., won a K&N Series race at the track back in 1994.

CORVETTE RACING AT LIME ROCK: Short Track, Big Fight

Garcia, Taylor looking for back-to-back wins at sports car racing’s bullring

DETROIT (July 12, 2022) – After racing at the wide-open spaces of places like Daytona and Le Mans, Corvette Racing this weekend travels to sports car racing’s version of a bullring: Lime Rock Park for Saturday’s Northeast Grand Prix.

Saturday’s two-hour, 40-minute race is one of two GT-only events for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Antonio Garcia and Jordan Taylor, teammates in the No. 3 Mobil 1/SiriusXM Chevrolet Corvette C8.R, are the defending winners from a year ago and aim to replicate that success in the GT Daytona (GTD) PRO category around the 1.474-mile, seven-turn road course in northwestern Connecticut.

Close-quarters racing is usually the name of the game at Lime Rock. It’s a circuit that features one left-hand turn and laps of around 50 seconds. Heat and humidity also typically play a role, and higher track temperatures place a higher importance on tire management for all GTD cars.

That’s been the biggest adjustment for the Corvette Racing team in 2022. In GTD PRO – and the regular GTD class as well – all cars must use the same Michelin customer tire instead of tires specifically designed for each racecar… as was the case in the GT Le Mans (GTLM) categories in recent years.

That tire management is what helped Garcia and Taylor finish as runners-up two weeks ago at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park and move back into second place in the GTD PRO Drivers, Manufacturers and Team championships.

Corvette Racing’s history at Lime Rock dates back to 2004 with the fifth-generation racing Corvette, and the C8.R is the fourth different version of Corvette Racing entry to compete at the venue. The team has six previous victories to its credit to lead all IMSA entrants, and Chevrolet ranks second among manufacturers with 13 race victories.

The FCP Euro Grand Prix from Lime Rock Park is scheduled for 3:10 p.m. ET on Saturday, July 16. The race will stream live on Peacock and air same-day at 5 p.m. ET on USA. IMSA Radio will broadcast all on-track sessions beginning with Friday afternoon’s practice at IMSA.com. The race call Saturday also will be available on XM 207 and SiriusXM Online 992.

ANTONIO GARCIA, NO. 3 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C8.R: “Lime Rock always gives us a unique challenge, especially in this part of the schedule. It’s always a big difference between there and places like Le Mans and Watkins Glen. This year will be a tough fight with six cars in our class going for an overall win. We’ve had to fight for every position in the last two races to get back to second in the championship. We need to start winning races to make gains in the points. That will be everyone’s goal this weekend.”

JORDAN TAYLOR, NO. 3 MOBIL 1/SiriusXM CHEVROLET CORVETTE C8.R: “After our strong run at Canadian Tire Motorsport Park, I’m excited to get back to fighting at the front at Lime Rock. We had a great weekend there last year with the pole and win, so hopefully we can replicate that this year. Lime Rock is always tough on tires and tire degradation, and that seemed to be our strength at CTMP. Hopefully that will work to our favor this weekend.”

6 Fun Hobbies Sports Lovers Will Want to Try

Photo by Adrian Curiel on Unsplash

For many people, watching sports is just another form of entertainment. However, if you consider it much more than just a pleasant way to pass the time, you probably enjoy diving deep into the analytics of your favorite teams’ performances, discussing the latest results and development, or following various statistics. And why shouldn’t you put all this knowledge to good use?

The article below focuses on six fun activities that a sports lover just like you can enjoy besides following the games and competitions. They range from writing your own sports blog to playing e-sports, collecting sports memorabilia, or trying sports betting. Some of these can even bring you profit!

Here are hobby ideas that should appeal to sports enthusiasts:

Sports Betting

Many people bet on sports, both casually and seriously, but not all of them realize how easy it is to turn betting into a fun and profitable hobby. You can actually earn a decent profit from it if you choose the right game, know it well enough, have some luck on your side, and stick to a good strategy.

Try to read up on the sport you plan to bet on, especially the teams and players involved in upcoming matches. Check any information available about how they performed in recent matches or games. Statistics are important because they give you an insight into what teams are likely to win based on past performances. The more information you have at your disposal, the better placed you are to form opinions on games and teams, which will help you place bets.

However, just like with other forms of gambling, you need to choose a reliable and trustworthy website to bet with. You’d definitely read an Ignition Casino review before gambling there, so you should read up on all things related to sports betting before trying it.

Writing a Sports Blog

Despite claims that people tend to read less and less these days, there are still many successful blogs about sports, covering different sports, leagues, and everything around them. Therefore, if you have a passion for writing that hasn’t been satisfied yet, blogging about sports could be a good creative outlet.

It’s quite easy to start a blog as most platforms, such as WordPress or Blogger provide free templates and page builders that allow you to create a professional-looking blog without prior knowledge of web design or coding. You can write about any aspect of the sports world that interests you, e.g., your favorite team or player, or share news stories or opinions on significant sporting events or controversies. You can watch some wordpress tutorials and learn how to start building websites quickly.

So, if you enjoy writing and want to show off your skills, starting a sports blog is a great hobby that will keep you busy and make you proud at the same time.

Collecting Sports Memorabilia

Sports memorabilia is usually defined as items that were either owned or used by famous athletes or teams during their careers. Some examples of memorabilia include autographs, equipment used during games (e.g., helmets, bats, jerseys), tickets or passes to special events (such as World Series games), and championship trophies or medals awarded to winning athletes. You can also purchase trading cards, made to collect and trade with other sports fans, at a hobby store. They will stock many different kinds of major sports cards, ranging from NHL to NBA, making them the perfect collectibles for sports lovers.

To become a collector of these items, you should do your research first:

  • learn about athletes or teams who won championships or awards;
  • determine which athletes have retired;
  • find out which players are most popular among fans;
  • check online auctions for the type of memorabilia that interests you.

If you enjoy collecting things, have some room for them in your house, and want to showcase your love for sports, memorabilia collecting can be a great choice. And if you’re in for money, some of these things can also be very valuable.

Playing E-Sports

If you have a competitive spirit, consider trying your hand at e-sports. These are played using video game consoles or PCs and are not just for kids anymore. In fact, there is a considerable following for e-sports; you can find competitions all over the world and play with people of all genders and ages. Some people even go professional but feel free to simply play casually against friends or other gamers or join an existing e-sports team.

The majority of e-sports titles are fighting games, first-person shooters (FPS), real-time strategy (RTS), or multiplayer online battle arena games (MOBA). If you don’t know where to start, check out popular titles such as Fortnite, Counter-Strike, League of Legends, or Dota 2.

Sports Podcasting

If you have ever considered yourself a sports buff and would like to share your knowledge with the world, you can do so through podcasting. It is not that hard to create an interesting show where you will be talking about what happened in your favorite sport recently, as well as why it happened and how it might affect the rest of the season.

There are several ways to promote your podcast, including social media. You may choose to monetize it or not. Most podcasters use platforms such as Spotify or Apple Podcasts, but you can also put together simple videos and upload your creations to YouTube.

Sports Trivia

If you think you know sports trivia, another option for big sports fans is taking part in various trivia competitions online or offline. There are many websites that offer prizes for those who answer questions correctly about their favorite teams and athletes.

You may also find similar events in your area, which will likely attract a lot more people. And if not, you may consider organizing such a competition yourself. Whatever you choose will likely be an excellent opportunity to meet other sports lovers and show off your impressive knowledge!

Conclusion

When you are passionate about sports, you can always find a way to put your vast knowledge to good use. Sports fans can try different sports-related hobbies and find a way to enjoy their free time and still dedicate it to what they love the most. You can even try turning your passion into a business, as long as you’re comfortable combining your hobby and money.

So, whether you try sports betting, launch your own blog about sports, start a podcast, buy some sports memorabilia, venture into the world of e-sports, or take part in knowledge competitions, don’t forget to have fun!

How Durable is Powder Coating?

Powder coating paint is durable due to its painting and coloring process. It is first sprayed on an object and then melted in a heating chamber; there, it comes out with a final finish. As a result, the paint stays for a longer time with proper gloss, and it always looks new. You can use anything painted in this process that can last for years.

Powder coating is a fast and economical way to apply paint to an object. There are two different types of powder coating: electrostatic and non-electrostatic. An electric charge is put between the powder and the coated object to make the powder stick to the object’s surface.

Electrostatic powder coating usually requires a lot of energy to produce a charged particle. Non-electrostatic powders are much simpler to handle than electric powders. They work by simply mixing them with an acrylic binder. And that is how the paint is so durable.

Powder coating paint Technology

The powder coating process is a bit complicated and lengthy, which also impacts the price. Generally, the powder particles are sprayed on the object, and after drying, these are melted in a heating chamber. Due to the process, the color gets attached to the object and lasts longer. Also, it is scratch and dust proof with longer life; you can feel that it is still new after one year.

Powder coating has some significant advantages over other coatings that you can get on the market today. This coating will offer durability and long service life to the equipment it covers.

How to respray on Powder Coating?

You can repaint the powder coating easily when you see that it is not as shiny as before. You need not remove the paint; clean it properly and then give a rough spray coat of the same color on the object and heat it as before. In this process, you can get the same as the usual new resprayed object.

When you have a car with rust, you may want to give it a new look with new powder coat paint. The powder coating is applied, then you heat it and smooth it out with a hotgun to make it shinier. It is not a complicated matter.

After that, you can paint a new coat of the same color on the object and heat it to ensure the paint sets. This will give the object a new shine. Cleaning it means washing it and taking the dirt off of it. So, stay hassle-free about the respraying feature. You will find powder coating technology the most attractive and unique for your task.

Last words

If we are still discussing a durable painting technology, Powder coating will win from every aspect. You can rely on it quickly and have a year-long new look at your object. Now the automobile and electronics industry is using this technology to give better paint features to buyers that give a clear idea about its durability. Use powder coating technology and stay tension-free.

The Key Benefits Of Online Crypto Casinos

With more and more people embracing cryptocurrency and many increasingly utilizing it to wager, cryptocurrency has indeed taken the world by storm. The vast majority of the cryptocurrency community’s gamblers continue to use crypto casinos because they can play their favorite games in a manner that is quite similar but better to how they would if they were using fiat money. There are plenty of advantages crypto casinos have over regular online casinos, and in this article, we’ll be looking at these benefits. Read in to find out this and more.

Brief overview of cryptocurrency

Unlike fiat money, which has a physical form, cryptocurrency is digital money. A “coin” is the monetary unit of a digital currency. Cryptocurrency is very resistant to replication and forgery, and it also has very few problems. Blockchain technology makes cryptocurrency payments unchangeable and untraceable. These transactions are irreversible and cannot be modified, replicated, blocked, or hidden.

Cryptocurrency is infinitely more precise than standard electronic money in a bank since it is difficult to steal in a typical way, and it is protected from human errors. Cryptocurrency prices are unpredictable because they are based on the present demand, which might fluctuate due to alterations in the law, shifting public opinion, and other factors.

What are crypto casinos?

For many gamers, using cryptocurrency as payment at an online casino is one of the safest options they crave. Casinos that accept cryptocurrencies as payment methods are known as crypto casinos. Crypto casinos offer gamers unlimited power and anonymity. The terms and conditions of many online crypto casinos are the same as those of traditional casinos. The major distinction between online crypto and traditional casinos is the ability to use cryptos to play one’s favorite games.

Benefits of online crypto casinos

Anonymity

There is always a conversation about anonymity. There is no reason for every spectator to be aware of your identity and maybe put your safety at risk. Anonymity is strongly advised when concerning cryptocurrency. It is recommended whenever money is being transferred or something of worth is being paid.

The free flow of money and free trade would thrive in a world of anonymous financial transactions. And some of the crypto-projects do provide us with it. Lastly, an individual can opt to remain anonymous while still being active. While the person’s actions and creations are visible to other users, their identity is not. This is frequently the case in forums and organizations, where people don’t always use their real names. This is another advantage of Bitcoin gaming, in our opinion.

Privacy

Many things are possible on the Internet. We begin with free searching, simple participation in international discourse, and easily available communication. You can also send information and download software, applications, and other stuff. However, there are dangers to users’ anonymity and privacy here, which also means their civil rights are in danger.

One of the most important worldwide challenges is privacy. The fact that privacy infractions by online users are typically not punished by the law does not imply that the situation is “normal”. It implies that we need to focus more. In the crypto-sphere, data privacy is crucial, and Bitcoin casino websites are no exception.

Security

Crypto casino sites are secure since they are decentralized and rely on cryptographic protection principles. Fiat money, securities, contracts for real estate, and other such items and processes are always centralized. Either their central bank sets the amount of money, or its corrupt officials have the power to correct or erase any errors. In centralized systems, trust is a constant problem. It is also important when discussing politics, law, economics, and other spheres of social action.

Everything, including downloading content and shopping, must be secure. Nevertheless, someone on the forum, Telegram channel, or Discord group might be familiar with you or some of your records. Nonetheless, you might feel somewhat secure if you exercise caution when using a web-based environment.

Speed

The processing of bank transfers often takes several working days. They frequently have to pass through numerous certification levels. The system of financial transactions has a wide range of facets. Within a few hours or nearly instantly, coins can be sent directly from one user to another. At the present stage of network development, delays can occasionally happen.
