RBR Team Ready For Homecoming in Darlington

Rogers Currently 2nd in NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Points  

Cerro Gordo, NC – It will be like homecoming this Saturday for the RBR Race Team as they head into Darlington, South Carolina for the running of the “Too Tough To Tame 200”. Darlington, the third event of the season for the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series is only 60 miles from the Ricky Benton Racing headquarters in Cerro Gordo, NC.

Driver, Clay Rogers is currently 2nd only one point out of the NCWTS points standings in his first season as driver of the #92 fleetHQ / BTS Tire & Wheel Distributors Chevrolet. Rogers is coming off a 16th place finish in Phoenix and a 3rd place finish in Daytona. This will be Rogers first time racing at the Darlington Raceway. “This will be my first race at Darlington,” said Rogers. “I’ve raced a lot of places, but not at Darlington. It is the one place I have always looked forward to racing because of the challengers the track offers. I’m really excited about the opportunity our team has there.”

BTS Tire & Wheel Distributors, associate sponsors on the #92 NCWTS Truck, will be doing a big hospitality event prior to the race from 2 – 4pm. RBR also will be bringing on additional marketing partners for the Darlington Race. Other associate sponsors on the #92 NCWTS Truck for the event will be Harold Wells Insurance, Dilmar Oil Company and Sam’s Pit Stop.
