NASCAR Camping World Truck Series Race 5 of 25 – Nashville Superspeedway

DOUBLE DUTY DEBUT: Elliott Sadler heads into this weekend’s race at Nashville Superspeedway without a single lap on the 1.333-mile concrete oval, but he will exit the weekend with two races at the track under his belt. Sadler will participate in both the Truck Series and Nationwide Series races this weekend, both of which will be his first race at the track in each respective series.

WELCOME WNY WINERY: Bully Hill Vineyards will make their Kevin Harvick Inc. (KHI) debut this weekend at Nashville Superspeedway on the No. 21 Chevrolet Silverado, where the Western New York winery will also serve as entitlement sponsor of the Truck Series race, the Bully Hill Vineyards 200. The No. 21, a fourth entry for KHI, will feature the winery’s Sweet Walter Red variety, described as a “grapey,” rich and smooth red wine, great for after dinner sipping and conversation.

HIP-HIP HOORAY: The Truck Series could not succeed without the continued support from the broadcast channel SPEED. This weekend SPEED will celebrate its 200th truck race broadcast. Since being involved in the Truck Series starting in 2001, KHI attributes much success based on the continual coverage and support from the SPEED organization. Thank you, SPEED for all of your hard work and helping make the Truck Series.

AUTISM AWARENESS MONTH: During the month of April, Sadler and the rest of the NASCAR community will celebrate Autism Awareness month. Sadler, whose niece was diagnosed with Autism a few years ago, started the Hermie and Elliott Sadler foundation which raises funds to help educate those who have children that are affected by the spectrum disease which reportedly affects 1 in every 110 children in the United States.

CHASSIS HISTORY: The No. 21 Bully Hill Vineyards team will utilize chassis No. 54 at Nashville Superspeedway. No. 54 is a new truck built for competition this season, and it will make its first laps this weekend at the 1.333-mile D-shaped oval.

THOUGHTS FROM THE DRIVER: Elliott Sadler

How do you feel going into the race at Nashville Superspeedway?

“I’m really excited to welcome Bully Hill Vineyards to KHI as a sponsor. Their sponsorship has not only allowed KHI to run this fourth truck and give me an opportunity to run my first ever race at Nashville Superspeedway, but they’re also the race entitlement sponsor. This is obviously a very important race for them, so we’re hoping to bring them to victory lane in the Bully Hill Vineyards 200.”
