Biffle Looking for a Top-10 Finish At Martinsville

Biffle on Martinsville:  “We ran well at Martinsville in the spring but just got caught a lap down after a green-flag pit stop.  That track has always been the most challenging for me of all the tracks on the circuit.  We have historically struggled there as a company as well but we’re definitely improving.  I actually feel pretty good about going there this week and I hope to leave with at least a top-10 finish.”
Puccia on Martinsville: “Martinsville is the smallest race track we race on all year so taking care of you brakes and taking care of your car are crucial.  You need to save your brakes but at the same time try to maintain track position because it is hard to obtain.  Martinsville will bite you in a heartbeat.  Pit strategy and tire management make it important to have a good plan going into the race.  It’s not often that you have green-flag pit stops at Martinsville which is what hurt this team in the spring.   We hope to not have those same sort of issues this time. We need to finish this season strong so we have something to build on going into next season and compete for a championship.”
