Timothy Peters talks about Charlotte Motor Speedway:

How does it feel to have carried over the momentum into the 2012 season and have four top-five finishes in the first four races?

“It feels great being in the position that we are right now. Heading into our backyard at Charlotte, we’re really excited. As the point’s leader, we need to keep executing each and every week when we get to the track. It all goes back to how I race people, and making sure I know how to race and when to race them. If we take care of that hopefully it will get us that win. It would be nice to be this week at Charlotte.”

What will it take to for you and the No. 17 team to sustain the points lead?

“It starts with me doing my job during the practice sessions and being able to provide Butch (Hylton) with information. This whole year we have been fairly close to where we need to be when we unload. If we keep doing that, keep top fiving them and finishing consistently, hopefully that win will come.”
