Florida Lottery Celebrates the 25th Anniversary MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE with Tommy Baldwin Racing at Homestead-Miami Speedway

Dave Blaney will pilot the No. 36 Florida Lottery Chevrolet in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series season finale

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (November 15, 2012) – The Florida Lottery will team up with Tommy Baldwin Racing (TBR) to celebrate the 25th Anniversary MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE at Homestead-Miami Speedway. Dave Blaney will pilot the No. 36 Florida Lottery Chevrolet in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) season finale.

The Florida Lottery will have weekly drawings for the 25th Anniversary MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE beginning Monday, November 19, following the race at Homestead-Miami Speedway, and continuing through Sunday, December 30. The 25th Anniversary MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE will produce more than $10 million in total prizes, including a $2 million Grand Prize. This weekend will mark the final race of the year for TBR and Blaney. The No. 36 Chevrolet secured the team’s best season finish of 15th in the Daytona 500. At Homestead-Miami Speedway, TBR made four starts at the 1.5-mile track since the team’s inception in 2009. Blaney tallied the team’s best Homestead-Miami Speedway finish of 28th in last season’s event. Blaney made 11 starts since 1999. He compiled three top-10 finishes, including his best finish of sixth.

“The last race of the season is always an exciting one,” said Tommy Baldwin. “Having the Florida Lottery on the No. 36 this weekend just heightens the excitement for us. The pink car will definitely stand out on the track and is fitting to run in Miami. I can guarantee I’ll go out and get a ticket while we’re there!”

Blaney will hit the track on Friday, November 16 for practice and qualifying and race Sunday, November 18 with coverage on ESPN at 2 p.m. EST. ###
