Team Chevy’s Patrick, Kahne Meet Cancer Survivors at Atlanta Motor Speedway

On-track pace car rides were given by Team Chevy NASCAR drivers Danica Patrick, and Kasey Kahne Friday, August 30, 2013, as part of Chevrolet’s contribution to the American Cancer Society’s “Making Strides Against Breast Cancer” initiative at Atlanta Motor Speedway in Hampton, Georgia. The special cars will serve as pace cars for the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series races over the next two months in Hampton, Talladega (Ala.) and Martinsville (Va.). Chevrolet will donate $200 for every lap run under caution during these NASCAR Sprint Cup races. Chevrolet has raised over $2.2 million since 2011, as it continues to support the cause.
