Short Track Beating and Banging…James Buescher and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) visit NASCAR’s smallest track for the Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway. Buescher and his No. 31 Rheem team come into the Kroger 200 with nothing to lose and will focus on capturing their third victory of the season and Buescher’s first at Martinsville Speedway.

Gotta Have a Rheem…The Turner Scott Motorsports (TSM) team will have the familiar Rheem colors back on their No. 31 at Martinsville Speedway. Rheem Manufacturing Company (www.rheem.com) is privately held with headquarters in Atlanta. In its 87th year of operation, the company manufactures a full line of high-quality residential and commercial heating and cooling systems; tank, tankless, solar, and heat pump water heaters; swimming pool heaters and commercial boilers throughout North America and world markets. The company’s premium brands, including Raypak, Ruud and Rheem, have been recognized with countless industry and consumer awards for reliability, innovative design and high quality. Rheem, now in its seventh consecutive year as a NASCAR sponsor, is the official heating, cooling and water heating supplier to Turner Scott Motorsports and Richard Childress Racing. Rheem also sponsors RCR’s No. 29 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series car driven by Kevin Harvick and the No. 33 NASCAR Nationwide Series car driven by Paul Menard.

Chassis Info…The Rheem team will utilize chassis TSM-228 for the Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway. The TSM team used this same chassis the last time the NCWTS visited Martinsville Speedway earlier this spring.

Last Race Recap…After a two-week hiatus, the NCWTS returned to action at the series’ largest track on the schedule, Talladega Superspeedway. After a solid fourth-place qualifying effort, James Buescher and his No. 31 Rheem team proved to be one of the trucks to beat during the Fred’s 250. After leading 15 laps in the early going, Buescher got shuffled back in the running order due to pit strategy. Just as Buescher was about to hook back up with a drafting partner to make another run to the front, he received contact from another competitor, forcing a four-wide battle. This contact sent Buescher spinning into other competitors and caused substantial damage to his Rheem Chevrolet Silverado, forcing his once promising day to come to a close early. Buescher was credited with a 26th-place finish at Talladega Superspeedway.

Get Your Sharpie Ready…On Friday, come and get an autograph from Buescher and his TSM teammates during the NCWTS autograph session located in front of the main ticket office from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. EDT.

Watch and Listen…The NCWTS returns to the track again this week when they take on the “paperclip” at Martinsville Speedway for the Kroger 200 on Saturday, October 26 at 1:00 p.m. EDT on FOX Sports 1. The event can also be heard live on SiriusXM Satellite Radio, channel 90 and MRN Radio.

“Martinsville is a tricky little track but it makes for some great racing for the fans. My Rheem team is coming in with nothing to lose and we are shooting for a solid finish. Hopefully when the checkered flag falls I can collect that grandfather clock.”
