This Week’s Silverado…The No. 4 Turner Scott Motorsports (TSM) team will unload chassis TSM-229 at Martinsville Speedway. Making its fifth appearance of the season, TSM-229 has collected one pole, three top-10 starts and three top-10 finishes.

Previous Race Recap…In his track debut at Talladega Superspeedway, Burton received his sixth Keystone Light pole award of the 2013 NCWTS season but was unable to pull the No. 4 Arrowhead/Kangaroo Express Chevrolet truck into victory lane after a frightening, multi-truck accident occurred on the final lap of the Fred’s 250. After being evaluated and released from the infield care center, Burton was scored with an 18th-place finish. The 21-year-old rookie remains fourth in the NCWTS Driver Point Standings.
Jeb Burton on Racing at Martinsville Speedway:
“I can’t wait to get back to this track. It’s my favorite track on the circuit. We dominated last time we were here and unfortunately just gave it away towards the end. We have a really good truck and I think we have a good shot at getting another pole award and, hopefully, another win. It’ll feel good to be back at my home track and see all my hometown fans, friends and family.”

Ben Kennedy
No. 30 Turner Scott Motorsports Chevrolet Silverado
Martinsville Speedway II – Kroger 200
October 26, 2013
Heading to the Paperclip…Ben Kennedy will attempt to make his fourth career start in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) on Saturday, October 26 at the 0.526-mile Martinsville Speedway. This will be Kennedy’s first time on the “paperclip,” NASCAR’s oldest track.
Kennedy’s No. 30 truck entry is not locked in on owner’s points and he will have to qualify his way into the race on time.
This Week’s Silverado…This weekend, the No. 30 Turner Scott Motorsports team will unload chassis TSM-230 at Martinsville. The chassis was driven by Nelson Piquet Jr. at Martinsville during the first NCWTS race held in April. The same chassis has made two appearances since then, with Kennedy behind the wheel at Bristol and Iowa.
Last Time Out…Making his first career NCWTS start at Chicagoland Speedway on Friday, September 13, Kennedy looked to gain a solid finish and get familiar with the 1.5-mile D-shaped oval in the EnjoyIllinois.com 225. Kennedy and his No. 30 Turner Scott Motorsports team started the day by qualifying 12th at the Chicago suburb track. Kennedy was able to put down consistent laps during the entire race and bring home the Turner Scott Motorsports Silverado with a hard-fought 16th-place finish.
Watch and Listen…The Kroger 200 can be seen live Saturday, October 26 on FOX Sports 1, with coverage beginning at 1:00 p.m. EDT. The race can also be heard live on MRN Radio and SiriusXM Satellite Radio, channel 90.
Crew Chief Chris Carrier on Ben Kennedy and Racing at Martinsville:
“This weekend at Martinsville will be Ben’s first time at the half-mile short track. We have an agenda set and will be very methodical this weekend. The key to Martinsville is to save the brakes and set the car up to be able to roll through the corners well. Overall, the goal this weekend is to learn as much as we can and come home with the best finish possible. I think if we stay patient and work hard, we can accomplish all of our goals this weekend.”
Ben Kennedy on Racing at Martinsville Speedway:
“Martinsville [Speedway] is another new track for me. We have two practice sessions on Friday morning, which will be good to get some laps under my belt and start learning my way around the track. I’m going to lean on my teammates a lot for information, especially since this will be their second time at Martinsville this year. I’m looking forward to getting on the track this weekend, learning a lot and, hopefully, coming home with a good finish.”

James Buescher
No. 31 Rheem Chevrolet Silverado
Martinsville Speedway II – Kroger 200
October 26, 2013
Short Track Beating and Banging…James Buescher and the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) visit NASCAR’s smallest track for the Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway. Buescher and his No. 31 Rheem team come into the Kroger 200 with nothing to lose and will focus on capturing their third victory of the season and Buescher’s first at Martinsville Speedway.
Gotta Have a Rheem…The Turner Scott Motorsports (TSM) team will have the familiar Rheem colors back on their No. 31 at Martinsville Speedway. Rheem Manufacturing Company (www.rheem.com) is privately held with headquarters in Atlanta. In its 87th year of operation, the company manufactures a full line of high-quality residential and commercial heating and cooling systems; tank, tankless, solar, and heat pump water heaters; swimming pool heaters and commercial boilers throughout North America and world markets. The company’s premium brands, including Raypak, Ruud and Rheem, have been recognized with countless industry and consumer awards for reliability, innovative design and high quality. Rheem, now in its seventh consecutive year as a NASCAR sponsor, is the official heating, cooling and water heating supplier to Turner Scott Motorsports and Richard Childress Racing. Rheem also sponsors RCR’s No. 29 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series car driven by Kevin Harvick and the No. 33 NASCAR Nationwide Series car driven by Paul Menard.
Chassis Info…The Rheem team will utilize chassis TSM-228 for the Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway. The TSM team used this same chassis the last time the NCWTS visited Martinsville Speedway earlier this spring.
Last Race Recap…After a two-week hiatus, the NCWTS returned to action at the series’ largest track on the schedule, Talladega Superspeedway. After a solid fourth-place qualifying effort, James Buescher and his No. 31 Rheem team proved to be one of the trucks to beat during the Fred’s 250. After leading 15 laps in the early going, Buescher got shuffled back in the running order due to pit strategy. Just as Buescher was about to hook back up with a drafting partner to make another run to the front, he received contact from another competitor, forcing a four-wide battle. This contact sent Buescher spinning into other competitors and caused substantial damage to his Rheem Chevrolet Silverado, forcing his once promising day to come to a close early. Buescher was credited with a 26th-place finish at Talladega Superspeedway.
Get Your Sharpie Ready…On Friday, come and get an autograph from Buescher and his TSM teammates during the NCWTS autograph session located in front of the main ticket office from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. EDT.
Watch and Listen…The NCWTS returns to the track again this week when they take on the “paperclip” at Martinsville Speedway for the Kroger 200 on Saturday, October 26 at 1:00 p.m. EDT on FOX Sports 1. The event can also be heard live on SiriusXM Satellite Radio, channel 90 and MRN Radio.

Martinsville Speedway II – Kroger 200
October 26, 2013
Get Your Hotdogs Here…The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) heads from the biggest track on the schedule to the smallest for round two at Martinsville Speedway. Miguel Paludo has five previous starts at the 0.526-mile paperclip-shaped track and has completed 100-percent of the 1,150 laps in those five events. Earlier this season, Paludo ran in the top 10 for nearly the entire event and occupied the top five for much of the second half of the race, but a wild final restart marred the Brazilian’s stellar run, resulting in a 17th-place finish.
Hometown Hero…In addition to being the home of the famous Martinsville Speedway hot dogs, Ridgeway, Virginia is home to Paludo’s crew chief Jeff Hensley. Born and raised near the track, Hensley still lives there today. Hensley has a combined total of 30 starts as a crew chief at the track in both the NCWTS and the NASCAR Nationwide Series and has tallied three wins, two poles, seven top fives and 12 top 10s.

This Week’s Silverado…Paludo and the No. 32 AccuDoc Solutions team will unload chassis TSM-231 this weekend at Martinsville Speedway. TSM-231 is a brand-new chassis, which will make its first laps this weekend.
Watch And Listen…The Kroger 200 can be seen live on Saturday, October 26 with pre-race coverage beginning at 1:00 p.m. EDT on FOX Sports 1. The race can also be heard live on MRN Radio as well as SiriusXM Satellite Radio, channel 90.
Previous Race Recap…Paludo appeared to be on his way to a solid finish in the season’s last major wild card race at Talladega Superspeedway when ‘the big one’ hit just seconds before the checkered flag waved. Pushing teammate Jeb Burton to the front of the pack in the final stretch of the last lap, a chain reaction ignited a massive 12-truck wreck which resulted in Paludo’s truck landing on its roof and enduring multiple impacts. After a few scary moments, Paludo exited the No. 32 Duroline Brakes and Components Chevrolet unharmed and was ultimately scored 19th in the Fred’s 250.
Miguel Paludo on driving at Martinsville Speedway
“I’m very happy to be going back to Martinsville Speedway. We ran really well there in the spring, probably the best I’ve ever run at that track. We didn’t get the finish we deserved, so I’m hoping we can finish what we started in April. This is our final stretch of races and every finish is really important. We can still move up quite a bit in the points between now and Homestead, so we’re going to do everything we can to finish strong.”

Brandon Jones
No. 33 Exide Edge AGM Chevrolet Silverado
Martinsville Speedway II – Kroger 200
October 26, 2013
Short Track Racing…Brandon Jones will make his first NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) start at Martinsville Speedway this weekend.Jones and his Exide crew are just coming off a test at Motor Mile Speedway and have high expectations for the young driver in his first start at the track known as the “paperclip.”
An Edge Up…The No. 33 will be sporting a throwback Exide paint scheme this weekend for the Kroger 200 at Martinsville Speedway. Exide Technologies, with operations in more than 80 countries, is one of the world’s largest producers and recyclers of lead-acid batteries. The Company’s global business groups provide a comprehensive range of stored electrical energy products and services for industrial and transportation applications. Industrial markets include network power applications such as telecommunications systems, electric utilities, railroads, photovoltaic (solar-power related) and uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and motive-power applications including lift trucks, mining and other commercial vehicles.
Last Time Out…In only his second career NCWTS start, 16-year-old Jones impressed many during the Fan Appreciation 200 at Iowa Speedway in September. With an 11th-place starting position, Jones settled into a groove and was looking to accomplish the goals he and his Wolfpack Energy Services team set coming into the weekend. Running inside the top 10 for part of the 200-lap race, Jones was gaining valuable experience racing around many series veterans. With just shy of 20 laps in the scheduled distance of the event, close-quarter racing caused Jones to come into contact with another truck, resulting in damage to his No. 33 Chevrolet Silverado. Jones was able to bring home a 20th-place finish, two laps down from the leaders.
Chassis Info…Turner Scott Motorsports (TSM) will bring chassis TSM-221 for Jones at Martinsville Speedway. This is the same chassis that Jones has run in his two previous NCWTS starts, at Bristol Motor Speedway and Iowa Speedway.
Get Your Sharpie Ready…On Friday, come and get an autograph from Jones and his TSM teammates during the NCWTS autograph session located in front of the main ticket office from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m.
Brandon Jones on Martinsville Speedway
“I can’t thank Exide enough for coming on board for this weekend’s race at Martinsville. I’m really excited about returning to the Truck Series once again this year. I feel like the last time out at Iowa, my TSM team and I were able to learn a lot. We were also able to get a test session in for this week at Motor Mile, so I feel like my Exide team will have a great truck prepared for this weekend’s race.”
