NASCAR sanctioned stock car racing will get underway with a free-to-the-public practice session on Saturday, March 29th at noon.

Coverage will kick off with the tripleheader NASCAR show on Saturday, April 12th when 358 Modifieds, Late Models and Sportsman stock car racing will be featured. The modifieds will run two 20-lap feature races that evening.

Additional TV dates include Saturday, May 17th, June 21, June 29, July 19 and August 9.

RCN offers the events on tape delay and show the qualifying events on the Tuesday following the date of the event and the features on the Friday following the live events.

The tape delayed coverage can also be found on cable outlets in other areas including Eastern Delaware County and in areas surrounding Grandview Speedway. Check your local cable listings.

“It is great for the racers to have RCN taping the events so that they are able to gain additional exposure for their sponsors,” said track promoter Bruce Rogers. “In addition it introduces the sport to people who then have the opportunity to come check it out live at the track.”

The season OFFICIALLY gets the green for NASCAR point racing on Saturday, April 5th at 7 p.m. with a tripleheader show of 358 Modifieds, Late Models and Sportsman. That will be the normal Saturday night attractions.
