EARNHARDT LOOKS FOR IMPROVEMENT AT BRISTOL

BRISTOL, Tenn. – After a tough run in a very loose race car last week at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Jeffrey Earnhardt is looking for better results this week as the Nationwide Series moves on to Bristol, Tenn.

Saturday’s Drive To Stop Diabetes 300 is scheduled for a 2 p.m. start at Bristol Motor Speedway.

“It’s good to get to the short tracks,” Earnhardt said. “I feel comfortable at a place like Bristol. I think we can have a good day in the Flex Seal Chevrolet.”

Earnhardt is in his first full season in the Nationwide Series. He is 20th in Nationwide points three races into the season.

Two rounds of Nationwide practice are scheduled Friday at BMS – at 1:40 p.m. and 3 p.m. (ET).

Qualifying is scheduled at 10:10 a.m. Saturday.
