Michael Annett Pre-Race Notes & Quotes: Homestead

MOORESVILLE, N.C. (November 12, 2014) – NASCAR Sprint Cup Series rookie Michael Annett and his No. 7 Pilot Flying J Chevrolet SS team will conclude the 2014 racing season this weekend at Homestead Miami Speedway.

Sunday’s race will mark Annett’s first Cup Series start at Homestead, where he scored top-20 finishes in each of his three most recent NASCAR Nationwide Series starts from 2011 to 2013.

This season, Annett has three finishes of 25th or better at tracks similar in shape to the 1.5-mile oval at Homestead. He finished 25th at Kansas Speedway in May, 18th at Kentucky Speedway in June and 24th at Kansas last month.

The race airs live Sunday, Nov. 16 at 3:15 p.m. Eastern on ESPN.
