Josh Wise myAFIBRISK.Com 400 Race Advance

15th Annual myAFIBRISK.com 400 at Chicagoland Speedway

News and Notes: Heading into Sunday’s myAFIBRISK.com 400, Wise will be looking to make his 124th career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) start, and his fifth at the fast 1.5-mile speedway. This weekend’s event in “The Land of Lincoln” will mark Wise’s fourth race in 2015 for Go Green Racing. The Riverside, CA native has a best Chicagoland NSCS finish of 33rd, which came in last year’s event. Wise has five starts in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) at Chicagoland Speedway with a best start of 21st, which came back in 2011 driving for Go Green Racing.

Josh Wise on Chicagoland: “Chicagoland is such a fun track to race at. It has a more unique shape compared to many of the other 1.5-mile tracks we visit with the backstretch being curved. The track also has some pretty good bumps in the corners that allow you to move around to find lines. I always enjoy tracks that leave an opportunity to find a higher line. I’m pumped to have the great people at BeerFrost.Com come back on-board with us this weekend, and I’m confident we can give them a good finish.”

Chassis Info: Crew Chief Clinton Cram will be bringing chassis GGR-843 to serve as the primary car. This chassis was last raced at Michigan in August with Josh Wise. Chassis GGR-815 will serve as the backup car for Sunday’s event.
