19th Annual Kobalt 400 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway

News and Notes:
Heading in this weekend’s event at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the No.32 Can-Am team will travel to “Sin City” with Jeffrey Earnhardt for the 19th annual Kobalt 400 at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in Las Vegas, NV.

Sunday’s event will mark Earnhardt’s first career NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) start at the 1.5-mile track, and his fourth career NSCS start. The Mooresville, NC native made his two previous starts towards the end of the 2015 season driving for Go Fas Racing (GFR).

When it comes to racing at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Earnhardt has two starts in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS), where he earned a best finish of 26th in the 2013 event driving for current team owner Archie St.Hilaire.

“I’m really looking forward to getting back in the #32 Can-Am Ford this weekend at Vegas.  After a long day at Atlanta last week it’s great to have the opportunity to race again and build our team chemistry. This season is about improving each race, gaining experience and growing our program at Go Fas Racing.”
Chassis Info:
Crew Chief Wally Rogers will be bringing chassis GFR-890 to serve as the primary car. This chassis is brand new to Go Fas Racing. Chassis GFR-802 will serve as the backup car.
