Pre-race ticket options put fans at center of the action at The Glen

WATKINS GLEN, NY (April 26, 2016) – Cheez-It™ 355 ticket-holders can take their race day experience to the next level on Sunday, August 7th with the purchase of a $100 pre-race access pass for NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver introductions.

“Our fans have been asking for an opportunity to see their favorite drivers up close during pre-race ceremonies, and we’re thrilled to be able to offer this type of upgrade ahead of this summer’s race weekend. With the access pass, fans will be positioned on the track, directly in front of the stage” said Watkins Glen International President Michael Printup.

The new pass includes exclusive entry to a dedicated area on the track in front of the pre-race stage that provides close-up views of celebrities, dignitaries, special presentations, and NASCAR Sprint Cup Series driver introductions, in addition to admission to the cold pit area on Sunday morning.

For fans that have already purchased a Fan Walk, a $50 upgrade to the pre-race access is available by calling 1-866-461-RACE. Passes and tickets to the Cheez-It™ 355 can also be purchased by visiting www.theglen.com. A valid Sunday ticket is required to purchase any pre-race option.

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series returns to Watkins Glen International August 4-7 for the Cheez-It™ 355 race weekend, which also features the NASCAR K&N Pro Series East Bully Hill Vineyards 100, and the NASCAR XFINITY Series Zippo 200.
