Zane Smith and the No. 38 team are back in the States this weekend as the NASCAR Cup Series heads to the Pocono Raceway. Sunday’s 160-lap event will mark Smith’s second Cup Series start at the 2.5-mile track but has five previous CRAFTSMAN Truck Series starts at the track, earning an eighth-place finish in 2021 with GMS Racing.
“Mexico City didn’t go as planned, but we had decent speed at Michigan and some of the other bigger tracks, so I’m looking forward to rebounding at Pocono. We have some good tracks coming up on the schedule where I feel we can make a big swing at the points gap and maybe even get a win.”
