Stock Car Rides and Drives Available On Remaining October Weekends
(Concord, NC) October 11, 2010 – Richard Petty Driving Experience (RPDE) and Kansas Speedway announced that the world leader in NASCAR-style Driving and Ride-Along Experiences will be on the 1 ½ mile track October 15-17, 23, 24, 30 and 31, offering fans the opportunity to strap into a NASCAR race car for as low as $59.
“We’re thrilled to add these dates at Kansas Speedway,” said Mike Bartelli, Chief Marketing Officer of Petty Holdings and Richard Petty Driving Experience. “It is certainly one of our favorites among the 24 tracks we visited in 2010, and we love how people come from all over the Midwest to join us whenever we’re there.
“We’re happy to announce that RPDE has added additional dates at Kansas Speedway,” said Kansas Speedway President Pat Warren. “RPDE offers fans an opportunity to see what drivers experienced in the Price Chopper 400 presented by Kraft Foods on Oct. 3 as they chased the checkered flag.”
RPDE also announced that its famous Ride-Along Experience will be available for only $59 on these October dates. Regularly $109, the Ride-Along puts the guest in the passenger’s seat with a professional instructor driving at speeds of up to 155MPH.
