NSCS No. 51 Charlotte II Race Preview

Justin Allgaier will be making his fourth start at Charlotte Motor Speedway (CMS) this weekend. In his previous three starts at the 1.5-mile track, Allgaier has a best finish of 15th. In his other two starts, he finished multiple laps down after an accident, and a mechanical failure. Even though HScott Motorsports is located in Spartanburg, S.C., CMS is considered its home track.

Hendrick Motorsports Media Advance: Charlotte

Sister companies Hendrick Motorsports and Hendrick Automotive Group have partnered for a four-race sponsorship built around the Hendrick Ride Along Sweepstakes. The program started at Darlington Sept. 4-6 and will continue through this weekend's Oct. 10 event at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Ford Performance NASCAR: Logano and Keselowski Appear at Chase Media Day

Joey Logano and Brad Keselowski both participated in Chase Media Day at the NASCAR Hall of Fame as the Contender Round in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup begins this weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Following are transcripts from their respective Q&A sessions with members of the print media.

Stenhouse Jr – Charlotte Advance – Juicy Juice

Stenhouse Jr. has seven NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) starts at Charlotte Motor Speedway with an average starting position of 23.4 and average finishing position of 22.9.

Ryan Reed – Charlotte Advance

Reed has four starts in the NASCAR XFINITY Series at Charlotte Motor Speedway, recording his best finish of 12th in the May 2015 event. In that race, Reed started 10th and fought loose conditions for much of the afternoon. The team made the necessary adjustment to put Reed in position to fight for a finish just outside of the top 10.

Michael Annett Race Preview: Charlotte

The NASCAR Sprint Cup Series heads to Charlotte Motor Speedway this Saturday night for the 30th race of the 2015 season. Michael Annett, who currently resides in nearby Mooresville, N.C., hopes to score a good result at the 1.5-mile facility.

David Ragan/Aaron’s Charlotte 500 Preview

No. 55 Aaron’s Dream Machine Toyota driver David Ragan says there is a lot on the line for himself and his race team in Saturday night’s 500-mile NASCAR Sprint Cup race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Chris Buescher – Charlotte Advance

On Friday night, Roush Fenway Racing’s Chris Buescher will make his fifth start at Charlotte Motor Speedway in the NASCAR XFINITY Series. In his four previous starts, the Prosper, Texas native has two top-10s. His best finish is sixth, which came in this race last season.

Elliott Sadler – Charlotte Motor Speedway Advance

Elliott Sadler will make his 18th NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) start at Charlotte Motor Speedway (CMS) this Friday night in Concord, NC. In Sadler’s previous 17 starts at CMS, he has one pole award, four top-five and seven top-10 finishes. Earlier this year, Sadler started 11th and finished ninth.

Ford Performance NASCAR: Charlotte 2 Advance Notes

The Contender Round in the Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup begins this weekend with Saturday night’s Bank of America 500 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. Brad Keselowski has one Chase victory at the speedway after winning this event in 2013 while Joey Logano has seven top-10 finishes in 13 career starts at the 1.5-mile facility.
