NASCAR has reinstated Ryan Hess, a former crew member in the NASCAR Nationwide Series, and Curtis Martin Jr., a former crew member in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, upon their successful completion of NASCAR’s Substance Abuse Policy Road to Recovery Program.
