Justin Allgaier will be making his second NASCAR Sprint Cup Series (NSCS) start this weekend at Daytona International Speedway (DIS). Allgaier qualified his way in to the Daytona 500 in February with the No. 51 BRANDT Professional Agriculture Chevrolet. He led four laps in his first start at the 2.5-mile superspeedway, but his night ended in an accident with just a few laps to go in the race. He has two top fives, five top 10s and has led 20 laps in 10 NASCAR Nationwide Series (NNS) starts at the famed superspeedway. Allgaier also has experience in the ARCA Racing Series at DIS with two top 10s in two starts.
