The last time Michael Annett was at Daytona, he was running in the top 10 with less than 50 laps to go. It was his debut race in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series and, to him, nothing would've been more thrilling than winning the Daytona 500 in his first-ever race in NASCAR's premier division.

“I feel like our superspeedway cars have been fast this year," Allmendinger said. "Fortunately enough, knock on wood, we still have the same one that we started with. I felt like we were fast at Daytona (International Speedway) in February, but we just had something mechanical go wrong there."

At first, I was not keen with the new points system, then I looked at it with an open mind, then I decided, again, that it was not a great thing for the sport.

After last weekend’s dominating victory at Kentucky, Keselowski has produced two wins in 2014. As a multiple race winner, the 2012 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion is locked into the Chase for the 2014 Championship.
