NASCAR's Generation-6 Sprint Cup Series chassis received its first test on a 1.5-mile track last weekend at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and the car exhibited the promise that the industry was expecting, especially on the 1.5-mile ovals that are predominant on the series schedule.

Bobby Labonte has 40 starts at Bristol Motor Speedway with an average start of 21.7 and an average finish of 20.6. The 2000 champion has three top-five, 10 top-10 finishes and has led 60 laps.

Brian Vickers returns to Bristol Motor Speedway where he made his NASCAR Sprint Cup Series debut for Michael Waltrip Racing in 2012.
